We are an early-stage remote startup looking for highly autonomous engineers who enjoy building ambitious systems from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an AI Infrastructure Engineer specialising in TypeScript, AI Agents, and MCP. The engineer will develop and maintain robust infrastructure to support AI-driven systems, troubleshoot technical issues, manage system administration tasks, and ensure network security. Responsibilities include implementing scalable solutions, optimising network performance, and collaborating with team members to enhance system integration and reliability. The role will also involve participating in reviews, exploring innovative AI approaches, and documenting system changes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Infrastructure design, System Administration, and deploying scalable systems
• Hands-on experience in Networking and ensuring Network Security
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Proficiency with TypeScript and implementing AI Agents or Multi-Agent Communication Protocols
• Knowledge of cloud systems and containerization tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline preferred
