Job Description

• Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to produce accurate MEP shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and quantity estimations from drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company standards in all drafting work.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve technical issues and provide clarifications as needed.
• Support the preparation of project documentation for approvals and permits.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman or in a similar drafting role.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work on-site (office-based arrangement) and adapt to project requirements.
