#Job_Resposibilities 

•  Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of all information systems.

Information Security:

• Design and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect organizational data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to information systems and network infrastructure.

Incident Response and Disaster Recovery:

• Develop and maintain incident response plans to respond to potential cybersecurity incidents.
• Manage and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of data loss, system failures, or cyberattacks.

Training and Awareness:

• Provide training to employees on best practices for information security, including data protection, password management, and safe internet usage.
• Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to ensure alignment between security measures and business goals.
• Provide technical support related to security issues and assist in troubleshooting.

#Job_Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
• +5 years proven experience in IT system management, cybersecurity, or related fields is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, tools, and practices.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, encryption, and security technologies.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and implement appropriate solutions.
