Role Description
The Insurance Sales Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in Al Manşūrah, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer insurance needs, providing customized insurance solutions, and working with brokerage and internal teams to drive sales. The role also involves educating clients on available products, managing inquiries and renewals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address client needs effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance products and policies
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous
