Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Monitoring – Live Streaming role based in Cairo, Egypt. The team member will monitor live streaming activities across MICO WORLD platforms to ensure content quality, platform safety, and adherence to internal policies and local regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing live rooms in real time, identifying and flagging inappropriate content or behavior, and escalating complex cases to senior team members or compliance teams as needed. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, documenting incidents, and preparing concise reports to support decision-making. The individual will collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to optimize user experience, support anchors, and contribute feedback on platform features and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong system monitoring skills, including real-time observation of live streams and familiarity with basic dashboards or moderation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills to assess content, identify patterns or risks, and support data-informed recommendations.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with internal teams, support anchors or users, and document findings clearly.
  • Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to make quick, sound judgments under time pressure.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, live streaming platforms, customer Service, or trust & safety roles is preferred.
  • Comfort working in shift-based schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by live operations.
