Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Markaz Tanta. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to promote kids’ wear and baby products, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and seasonal campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing posting calendars, writing and editing captions, coordinating visual content with in-store promotions, and responding to messages and comments in a professional, timely manner. The role also involves monitoring engagement metrics, optimizing campaigns, and suggesting improvements based on performance data. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with store and marketing teams to highlight new arrivals, special offers, and customer stories that strengthen the brand’s online community.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage brand presence and improve engagement.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, craft, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with customers online and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting abilities to track performance, interpret data, and recommend actions.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with kids’ wear or retail environments, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site full time in Markaz Tanta.
• Candidates should possess relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; prior social media management experience is an advantage.
