Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Giza. The Receptionist will handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk activities. Responsibilities include performing general clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth daily office operations. The role requires effectively communicating with clients, visitors, and team members to provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as answering calls and greeting visitors
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including appointment scheduling and recordkeeping
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with staff, visitors, and clients
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of office software, such as Word and Excel, is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
