Before applying, please note that previous leasing experience within Commercial Shopping Malls (Retail Malls) is the most important requirement for this role.

DistRict 9 Mall is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Leasing Executive to join our growing team.

📍 Preferred Location:

Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October residents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven leasing experience in Commercial Shopping Malls is a must.

• Strong network and relationships with retail brands and commercial tenants.

• Solid understanding of retail leasing, tenant mix, and mall operations.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.

• Ability to achieve leasing targets and maximize occupancy rates.
