وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (contracts, forms, and official documents).
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and permissions in coordination with payroll.
- Handle hiring and termination paperwork in compliance with company policies and labor law.
- Prepare and follow up on social insurance from 1 , 6 and 2
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support HR audits and provide required reports and documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR processes and improving personnel workflows.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding employee data and HR requirements.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR personnel or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
