Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for APIs, backend systems, and user interfaces.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Detect hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, and AI response errors.
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after updates and releases.
• Track, document, and report bugs, issues, and quality concerns.
• Validate system performance, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to improve product quality and testing coverage.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA, software testing, or test automation roles.
• Strong understanding of QA testing fundamentals and software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and validating backend services.
• Experience designing and maintaining detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bugs, edge cases, and system inconsistencies.
• Experience testing complex systems and multi-component applications.
• Familiarity with regression testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance workflows.
• Understanding of AI-generated content evaluation and LLM behavior analysis is a plus.
• Experience using automation testing tools and frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks or prompt testing methodologies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
