Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel activities (contracts, social insurance, employee files)
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and daily HR operations
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations and performance management
• Prepare HR reports and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong background in Personnel Affairs & Labor Law
• Good understanding of all HR functions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
