Role: Telco Partnerships Manager. EMEA
Hours: Full Time
The Role: Napster Corp is looking to bring on a Telco Partnerships Manager for EMEA. This is a high-velocity role at the center of Napster’s regional growth, where deep telco industry knowledge, commercial instincts, and a passion for AI-driven products come together to build and scale revenue-generating partnerships across the telecommunications and loyalty sectors. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and engaging environment. The Telco Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and activating telco and loyalty partners across EMEA — turning relationships into revenue and ensuring Napster’s products are embedded into the platforms and ecosystems that millions of consumers already use every day.
What you’ll do
- Day to day responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard telco and loyalty partners across EMEA — from initial outreach and qualification through to signed agreements and active go-to-market execution. Own the full partner sales cycle, manage ongoing partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through co-sell motions, joint GTM plans, and loyalty program integrations
- XFN Collaborators: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering teams globally — serving as the commercial bridge between Napster’s product suite and the telco and loyalty ecosystem across EMEA
- Deliverables: Signed partner agreements, joint GTM plans, partner onboarding materials, revenue forecasts, loyalty integration playbooks, and regular pipeline and performance reporting
- Impact: You are directly tied to revenue — every telco or loyalty partner you activate is a new distribution channel for Napster’s products and a new growth engine for the business across EMEA
What You’ll Bring
- BA/MA degree and/or 3+ yrs of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within the telco or loyalty sector — you understand how these industries work, how deals get done, and who the key players are across EMEA
- Proven track record of building and managing commercial partnerships with telco operators, MVNOs, or loyalty program providers — you have been in the room and closed deals in this space
- Deep understanding of the telco and loyalty landscape across EMEA — you know the carriers, the platforms, the business models, and the decision makers
- Strong commercial acumen — you can structure deals, negotiate terms, and build business cases that work for both sides of the table
- Tech or SaaS industry background strongly preferred — experience selling or partnering around digital content, AI, or consumer apps within a telco or loyalty context is a significant plus
- Exceptional communicator — equally comfortable presenting to a C-suite at a major European carrier or working through integration details with a product team
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment — you do not need a fully built playbook to get going
- We’ll Be Extra Pumped If You Have
- An existing network of contacts at major EMEA telco operators — Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, BT, Telefonica, or similar — that you can tap into from day one
- Experience integrating digital content or AI-powered products into telco or loyalty bundles — you understand what it takes to get a product embedded into a carrier’s offering
- Familiarity with loyalty program mechanics — points, rewards, subscriber retention strategies, and how digital content plays into them
- Prior experience at a startup or scaleup where you had to build the partnership motion yourself rather than inherit it
- A genuine passion for music, AI, and the future of digital content — a strong plus given what Napster is building
