Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role located in New Cairo. The Call Center English Speaker will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in the CRM system, following scripts and guidelines, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and collaborating with team leaders to improve processes. The successful candidate will represent client brands with courtesy, active listening, and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation and active listening abilities.
  • Proven customer service or call center experience, with a focus on handling inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution.
  • Basic computer literacy, including typing, using CRM or ticketing tools, and navigating multiple systems while on calls.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes and meet defined KPIs.
  • Professional phone etiquette, patience, and resilience when dealing with challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Cairo on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching to improve performance and service quality.
  • Previous experience in BPO, customer support, or international accounts is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
