Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in 6th of October for a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and driving performance management initiatives. Daily responsibilities include advising management on HR best practices, collaborating with teams to address workforce challenges, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and expertise in key Human Resources (HR) functions
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and a thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in Performance Management, including setting objectives and evaluating employee effectiveness
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
