Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle daily office and reception tasks
-Welcome visitors and help arrange meetings and interviews
-Answer phone calls and emails
-Manage office supplies and simple records
-Support HR with onboarding and basic admin tasks
-Assist different departments with administrative work
Requirements
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
-0–2 years of experience in office admin or reception roles
-Basic English (spoken and written)
-Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Good communication and organization skills
-Location: Smart Village (October)
