Job Description
- Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate hotel inventory, rates, promotions and availability on hotel extranet systems.
- Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to support business requirements and operational targets.
- Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Handle operational challenges efficiently while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, including at least 1 year in online accommodation operations.
- Hands-on experience with OTAs, bedbanks and online hotel platforms.
- Strong familiarity with hotel extranet systems, including inventory updates, rate loading, promotions and availability management.
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems effectively.
- Customer- and partner-oriented mindset.
