*Job Summary*

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Trade Manager to lead and optimize our pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical trade channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors and wholesalers, driving revenue growth, ensuring product availability, and maximizing profitability across all trade channels while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Develop and implement commercial trade strategies to achieve sales and market share targets

• Manage relationships with key pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains

• Negotiate pricing, trade agreements, and contract terms

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize expiries

• Lead forecasting and demand planning in coordination with supply chain

• Manage trade promotions, discounts, and commercial budgets

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

• Ensure full compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and company policies

• Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for senior management

*Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary Medicine , or related field.

• Experience managing pharmaceutical distributors & Trade channels .

• Have sales strategy, channel management, trade marketing, and commercial performance management.
