Job Description

An Opportunity for an Outdoor Sales Specialist to join InStock, a fast-growing B2B e-commerce platform specialized in Medical and scientific industry.

Location: Cairo/ Giza
Work Type: Full-time | AM Only
Residency: Applicants must be residents in Giza or Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

•Recruit vendors supplying chemicals, devices and laboratories supplies products
•Achieve sales and onboarding targets through phone-based and field sales activities
•Conduct consistent follow-ups until deal closure
•Represent InStock professionally during meetings, visits, and negotiations
•Prepare simple daily and weekly sales reports

Required Competencies & Skills:

•Strong sales mindset with a focus on follow-up, closing, negotiation, and relationship building
• Excellent communication, persuasion skills, and confident professional presence
• Good command of English, with solid knowledge of marketing, social media, and customer engagement
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
•Maximum age: 30 years
