Job Description
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new customers and merchants in the assigned region
- Create strong business relationships and drive interest in Saint-Gobain Glass offerings
- Product Promotion:
- Promote the full product range to wholesalers and merchants
- Ensure clear understanding of product benefits and applications across categories
- Market Expansion:
- Activate new opportunities and regions for growth
- Participate in local promotions, product showcases, and brand awareness campaigns
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to align promotional efforts with commercial objectives
- Share market feedback and customer insights to refine strategies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or building products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outdoor or field sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Experience in glass sales or building materials
