Role Description As a full-time remote Account Manager at Partners Recruitment Services, you will manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as a primary point of contact for all recruitment-related needs. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring goals, coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and ensure a smooth end-to-end process. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, tracking open roles, overseeing candidate pipelines, and preparing status updates and reports. You will also identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients, monitor satisfaction, Following up with the scheduled candidates to track their status This role requires a high level of organization, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to client success in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or recruitment services, preferably within a staffing or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in writing and in virtual meetings.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to handle client concerns, negotiate expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed internal teams.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly beneficial; familiarity with multiple industries is a plus.
