Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Section Head based in Cairo, Egypt. The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the payroll process, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and manage payroll taxes. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records, ensuring accurate reporting, coordinating with HR on employee benefits, and collaborating with the finance team to support budget planning. This role also involves addressing payroll-related inquiries and ensuring all processes adhere to company standards and labor laws.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Management, and Payroll Taxes

Strong knowledge of Finance principles and practices

Experience with Employee Benefits administration and related HR policies

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in payroll softwares

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and tax regulations is highly desirable
