Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Business Developer based in Qesm Heliopolis. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and business development goals. The role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to drive business growth, and meeting sales targets. Regular client meetings and presentations will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Business Development
• Strong proficiency in Sales techniques and practices
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of key business principles and strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting client relationships
• Prior experience in the HR consultancy or professional services sectors is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
