Overview

Ensure the efficiency of the delivery process while adhering to performance measurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that orders are delivered correctly and in good condition.
• Meet with delivery representatives and discuss the daily performance summary.
• Review reports of delayed or failed deliveries with each pre-sales representative.
• Optimize the utilization of the distribution fleet.
• Ensure loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries.
• Work on updating delivery routes.
• Monitor customer routes under his/her responsibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of routes and tools based on market experience.
• Ensure that sales tools align with business needs and plans.
• Handle refrigerator placements (in case of wholesale operations).
• Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor education degree.
• Technical background; preferably with experience in food manufacturing companies.
• Good knowledge of key software applications used in daily operations (e.g., Excel, routing software).
• Valid driving license
