Overview

Ensure delivery process efficiency while adhering to performance measurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are delivered properly and in good condition.
• Conduct meetings with delivery representatives and discuss daily performance summaries.
• Review delayed delivery reports with each pre-sell representative.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the distribution fleet.
• Be responsible for loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries.
• Work on updating route plans regularly.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned customer routes.
• Support continuous improvement of route plans and tools through market insights and gained experience.
• Ensure sales tools are aligned with business needs and operational plans.
• Manage cooler placements (in wholesale sales cases).
• Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good command of the English language.
• Good in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in food and beverage companies is preferred.
• Valid driving license.
