Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Pharmacist will review and verify prescriptions, dispense medications accurately, and ensure compliance with all legal and professional standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling patients on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions, as well as answering health-related questions in a clear and respectful manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing inventory and stock levels, checking expiry dates, and ensuring proper storage of medications. The Pharmacist will communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions, resolve medication-related issues, and support coordinated patient care. Additional duties include supporting junior staff, contributing to workflow efficiency, and participating in quality and safety initiatives within the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy.
• Proficiency in Prescription Management, Medication Dispensing, and Inventory Oversight
• Expertise in Patient Counseling and providing accurate, clear medication guidance
• Familiarity with using Pharmacy Management Software or related tools
• Current Pharmacist license or relevant certifications, compliant with region-specific requirements
