Job Description

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries.
• Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies to support long-term health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Utilize advanced physiotherapy equipment and modalities in accordance with safety protocols and best practices.
• Participate in case discussions, departmental meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
• Contribute to the improvement of clinical protocols and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Egypt.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical environments.
