Pinerium is seeking a relationship-focused and customer-oriented Zoho Account Manager to manage and grow long-term client relationships across Zoho solutions and services.

This role is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, managing account growth opportunities, supporting renewals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring clients continue receiving value from Pinerium’s Zoho services and solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, account management experience, customer success mindset, and understanding of SaaS business environments.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts after project delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand operational needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure professional and positive customer engagement throughout the account lifecycle.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Zoho solutions and services.
  • Support account renewals, subscription continuity, and long-term engagement strategies.
  • Monitor account health and identify risks related to client satisfaction or retention.
  • Support business growth through strategic account development activities.

Client Success & Coordination

  • Ensure clients are successfully utilizing Zoho systems and services.
  • Coordinate with Support, Delivery, and Operations teams to address client concerns and service requests.
  • Follow up on open issues, service quality, and operational feedback.
  • Assist clients in understanding new Zoho features, services, or improvement opportunities.

Commercial & Operational Follow-Up

  • Maintain accurate account records, client activities, and follow-up updates in Zoho CRM.
  • Support commercial coordination related to renewals, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Track account performance, engagement activities, and customer communication history.
  • Ensure compliance with account management and operational procedures.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare account performance summaries and customer engagement reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and account management processes.
  • Stay updated with Zoho ecosystem developments and SaaS best practices.
  • Participate in customer success and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, SaaS relationship management, or client servicing roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS business environments.
  • Understanding of Zoho applications and digital transformation services is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts professionally.
  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-oriented thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
