Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Content Moderator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring it meets our platform’s guidelines and quality standards. You will work closely with a structured team under the direct supervision of a Team Lead who manages day-to-day operations and performance.

This is a hands-on, full-shift role ideal for someone who is thorough, consistent, and committed to maintaining a safe and high-quality content environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with established content policies and guidelines
• Identify and action violating content accurately and efficiently throughout your shift
• Maintain quality and consistency in decision-making across all content queues
• Meet or exceed defined SLAs, throughput targets, and quality benchmarks
• Escalate edge cases and policy-ambiguous content to the Team Lead for guidance
• Participate in team briefings, feedback sessions, and training updates
• Flag recurring patterns, emerging issues, or policy gaps to your Team Lead
• Maintain clear and organized records of actions taken in line with reporting requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a related review-based role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to make consistent, accurate decisions at pace
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or disturbing content in a professional and resilient manner
• Solid understanding of content policies, community guidelines, and moderation best practices
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team standards and shift expectations
