• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in planning, preferably within paper bags manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Planning, Production Planning, Manufacturing Process Optimization, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
