Civil Engineer

Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in construction, site supervision, project execution, and contractor management?

We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our Development Projects Team and contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects across Egypt.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical engineering expertise with community development impact, working on projects that directly improve the quality of life for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct technical site assessments and evaluate existing facilities and infrastructure.

🔹 Prepare project scopes, engineering proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, and implementation plans.

🔹 Supervise contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality execution, adherence to specifications, and compliance with project timelines.

🔹 Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.

🔹 Participate in contractor evaluation, tender analysis, and technical assessment processes.

🔹 Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and project requirements.

🔹 Perform regular field visits to monitor project progress, assess implementation quality, and prepare technical progress reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

✔ Registered member of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.

✔ Experience in construction, infrastructure, fit-out, rehabilitation, or development projects.

✔ Strong background in BOQs, cost estimation, contractor management, and site supervision.

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Experience with Revit or Civil 3D is an advantage.

✔ Solid understanding of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.

✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in field-based environments.
