Job Title: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices.
• Record transactions in the accounting systems.
• Prepare payment requests and follow up on due payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
