Job Description

key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support laboratory devices and diagnostic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide technical and product support to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in laboratory devices, diagnostics, or the medical field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
