Job Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor the production team, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, and control production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly output targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery such as roll forming, bending machines, punching machines, and welding stations.
• Oversee production quality to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  Coordinate closely with maintenance, supply chain, quality control, and engineering teams.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, downtime, scrap rate, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all production activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in sheet-metal fabrication or metal manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of roll forming machines, mechanical fabrication, workflow planning, and industrial processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in production scheduling, ERP systems, and operations reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
