Job Description

* Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
* Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery commitments.
* Analyze production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and resource utilization.
* Track production KPIs and prepare regular planning reports.
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts.
* Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
* Collaborate with the Demand Planning and MRP teams to align production plans with business requirements.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems.

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or related field).
* 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning.
* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
