Job Description

• Supervising new branch projects and maintenance activities
• Preparing and following up on project timelines and execution plans
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments
• Monitoring project quality and ensuring compliance with approved standards
• Reviewing engineering drawings and following up on modifications
• Following up on maintenance plans for branches and ensuring execution efficiency
• Monitoring project budgets, quotations, and cost control
• Preparing periodic reports on project progress and performance
• Ensuring projects are delivered according to approved timelines and quality standards

Requirements

▪ Engineering background related to Construction / Architecture / MEP
▪ Strong project follow-up and coordination skills
▪ Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers
▪ Experience in project execution and maintenance is preferred
