Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and consultation to clients, helping them find suitable real estate opportunities. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating sales and rental agreements, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients effectively through property transactions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to address client inquiries and foster relationships.
• Proven experience and skills in Sales within a real estate or related environment.
• Understanding of the local real estate market in Cairo and surrounding regions.
• Proficiency in computer and software applications relevant to the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
