Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on property acquisitions, sales, rentals, and investments. The role involves conducting property viewings, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating deals to meet client needs. The Property Consultant will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a dynamic market.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and advising clients on real estate opportunities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proven Sales abilities and expertise in negotiation
- Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
