Job Description

• Review and update test projects in accordance with international requirements and submit them to the Department Head for approval.
• Ensure adherence to international quality codes and standards.
• Assign and oversee quality inspectors to verify work effectiveness in alignment with departmental requirements, product quality, and microphone standards.
• Monitor quality activities within the production team and coordinate with relevant departments to address any quality violations or deviations.
• Manage quality inspection activities, including violation reports, and handle non-conformities with specifications.
• Follow up on customer complaints and non-compliance reports (NCRs) in coordination with relevant departments and the direct manager to ensure timely resolution.
• Direct and evaluate team performance in accordance with assigned tasks and the monthly incentive program.
• Ensure compliance with 5S principles, occupational health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar or relevant industry.
• TQM certificate or equivalent QC certification
• Stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English proficiency
