Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt for an experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The individual will be responsible for strategizing and executing HR initiatives to foster employee engagement, development, and retention while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align the HR strategy with the organization’s goals and vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development
• Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational behavior
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
• Proficiency in HR management systems, reporting, and performance metrics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across various levels of the organization
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
• Experience in the IT or distribution industry is an advantage
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Egypt and travel within the MEA region as required
