Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Operations Supervisor located in El Sheikh Zaid. The individual will oversee day-to-day real estate operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring operational strategies. Responsibilities include leading a team to ensure efficient practices, ensuring that operational processes comply with company standards, analyzing performance data to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with different departments to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge and experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a real estate supervisory or operational role is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software tools/systems used in real estate operations is a plus
