Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Provide information and assistance to guests and employees as needed.
- Support office management with ordering supplies and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in an office environment.
