Role Description

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through research and outreach. Core tasks include building and managing a pipeline of leads, developing and executing lead generation strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities into clients. The role entails establishing effective communication with potential clients and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM system. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong skills in communication and building professional relationships
• Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to conduct in-depth Research to identify potential clients and markets
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent organizational skills
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR services or consulting is an advantage
