Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English, Microsoft and exporting & Importing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
