🎯 The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to support the commercial success of IMRCE.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow fast in a high-performance, target-driven environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

📞 Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential clients (exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates)
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate leads
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (online & face-to-face)

💰 Revenue Support

  • Support in selling:
  • Exhibition booths
  • Sponsorship packages
  • Conference tickets
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales

🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

📊 Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities
  • Update CRM systems and track daily activities
  • Report progress against targets and KPIs

🎤 Event Support

  • Assist during the event in managing clients and onsite coordination
  • Support re-booking and upselling opportunities during IMRCE

👤 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience

  • 1–4 years in sales, tele-sales, or business development
  • Experience in events, training, or B2B sales is a plus

💡 Skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident in handling calls and client meetings
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads
  • Target-driven and eager to earn commissions
  • Fast learner with strong commitment
