Company Description

International Business Associates Group for Money Transfer (IBAG S.A.E) has been the official representative of Western Union in Egypt since 1995. Known for its commitment to reliability, speed, and safety, IBAG supports the Egyptian economy by ensuring seamless money transfer services. With 38 branches strategically located across Egypt, IBAG offers extended operating hours, including weekends, to serve its customers. Additionally, the company operates a dedicated bilingual customer service center available 24/7 through the short number 19190.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Branch Supervisor for an on-site position based in Cairo. The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations, manage and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include monitoring transactions, resolving customer issues, achieving branch performance targets, and ensuring adherence to Western Union’s global compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate teams to meet targets.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to provide top-notch service and effectively address customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Operational and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with money transfer services, financial policies, and global compliance standards, particularly relevant to the Western Union network.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM systems and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor transactions carefully to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus.
