Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing administrative duties, providing executive-level support, organizing schedules, handling calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role requires multitasking and maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and reliability in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize documents, and oversee office operations.
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting senior management and handling confidential information.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role is a plus.
