Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions
• Handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently
• Organize conversations and follow up when needed
• Report common feedback and insights to the team

Requirements:

• Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations

Fixed Shift: 6:00pm to 12:00am, FRIDAYS are OFF

Salary: 3,000L.E
