• Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Engineer/Officer to lead and manage all aspects of occupational health and safety on our project sites. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs that comply with local and international standards, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough Risk Assessment processes to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.
  • Manage Compliance Management, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant safety regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
  • Lead and coordinate Training Management initiatives, educating staff on safety best practices, emergency procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Perform detailed Incident Investigation, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  • Regularly inspect project sites to identify unsafe conditions and practices, promptly initiating corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate safety measures into project design and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Engineering principles combined with specialized knowledge in Safety management. Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Compliance Management, Training Management, and Incident Investigation is essential.
