# Job Summary

Jannat Al Otoor Perfumes is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, promoting and selling perfume products, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

 

# Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrance products.
* Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, including fragrance notes, features, and current promotions.
* Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
* Process sales transactions accurately using the company’s sales system.
* Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
* Participate in stock counts and inventory control activities when required.
* Promote special offers, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
* Cooperate with team members and management to maximize branch performance.

 

# Qualifications & Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent qualification; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
* Previous experience in retail sales, perfume sales, cosmetics, beauty products, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer service and sales skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Basic computer skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

* Company-provided accommodation is available for employees assigned to work outside their home governorate, according to company policy.
* Working hours are based on rotational shifts and branch operating schedules.

 

Requirements
