At Qoyod, we help businesses simplify and take control of their financial operations through a leading Accounting SaaS platform trusted by 20K+ customers across the GCC region. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, sales-ready opportunities to our closing teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales development
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales qualification methodologies and pipeline management
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and optimize performance
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or financial services is preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and onboard SDR team members
- Provide regular coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback
- Ensure SDRs follow defined qualification standards and processes
- Maintain high-quality SQL delivery to Sales Closers
- Monitor lead acceptance rates and feedback from the sales team
- Optimize SDR workflows, scripts, and early-funnel processes
- Track KPIs including calls, conversations, SQLs, conversion rates, and meeting show-up rates
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the early sales funnel
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeting, campaigns, and market feedback
- Share insights on customer objections, trends, and market signals
